Daniela DaSuta is the owner and founder of Sekt Wine Consultation, a business that specializes in both professional and consumer wine education, menu consultations, and staff training. Previously the Wine Director at The Vineyard at Florence, a winery north of the Texas Hill Country, Daniela began instructing at an early age and now has a healthy portfolio of establishments with whom she regularly partners. An avid learner, she is currently finishing the WSET Diploma level and is also a Certified Specialist of Wine, Italian Wine Professional, and French Wine Scholar.

While she does indeed enjoy long walks on the beach, Daniela enjoys buying, drinking, and discussing wine even more. She is convinced that experiencing a perfect wine and food pairing is one of the most magical moments of all. A firm believer in the the Texas wine industry, Daniela is thrilled about the state’s increasing knowledge concerning grape growing and wine making.
